- Projects and photos you upload to the site.
- Workshop business data such as expenses, materials, mileage, and sale information.
- Account activity and usage analytics — for example how much time your account is actively using the app, how many visits you make, and counts of projects, posts, comments, reactions, messages sent, and support requests.
How we use it
- We only use your information to operate Rough to Refined — showing your public projects to the community and powering your private Workshop tools.
- We use activity and usage analytics to operate, secure, support, and improve the service — for example to help with support requests and to understand which features are used.
- We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell your personal information.
- We do not read your private messages for analytics; we only count how many messages an account has sent.
- Your private Workshop financials (purchase prices, expenses, profit, notes) are visible only to you.
Your controls
- You can update your profile at any time from Settings.
- You can request account deletion at any time — this removes your account and personal data from our systems.
